thai airways to united transfer in beijing airport

Question

We are flying in on Thai Airways and arrive at 15:50 then Depart on United at 17:25. This is all in the same terminal correct - what is the process for this international transfer?

The process is: Arrival → transfer procedures → Transit Inspection in special passage → International Departure Level at → Security Inspection → customs sample check of hand baggage if necessary → Waiting & Boarding
