About:Shanghai Pudong International Airport Maps

Air NZ To British Airways transfer

We arrive on NZ289 from Auckland then need to transfer to BA168 to London, flying Business both legs. Can you confirm that we arrive and depart from Terminal 2, and what's the procedure for getting to the BA/One World lounge prior to boarding BA168? Many thanks.

Yes, you arrive and depart at T2. At Pudong Airport, you don't need to go through the immigration and customs if you hold interline ticket, just get your boarding pass of next flight and wait. If you plan to leave the restricted area, then you need to get a 24-hour visa free entry permit at the border inspection counter.
