I will take inter-city bus from HK airport to Shenzhen, my hotel is at Futian Fuzhong Lu 17

which is the nearest stop to my hotel? Can I walk or would I need a cab?

Shangri-la Hotel is the closest bus stop to your hotel, which is about 2.5km to your hotel, so you still need a taxi to take you to travel.
