it easy to go from T2 to the intercity bus terminal at T1?

I will be arriving in Shanghai Pudong airport T2. I want to go to Suzhou by the intercity bus. my questions are:
1) Is it easy to go from T2 to the intercity bus terminal at T1 ?
2) How long do is the waiting time to get a seat if my arrival is around 3pm ? Are there long queue for these buses ?
3) Does the intercity buses have any toilets ?.
4) How long does it usually take to reach Suzhou from Pudong airport ?

1. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from T2 to the bus terminal at T1. There are clear direction signs.
2. There is one departing at 15:20. If you miss it, you will need to wait for the next one leaving at 16:25.
3. There is no toilet onboard. It's just a bus.
4. The travel time is usually 2.5 hours.
