On the first day, it is suggested to wander around at the Tsim Sha Tsui area since your hotel is near the Tsim Sha Tsui Station. So after you check in at your hotel, you can walk to reach the Ladies Market and some other shopping malls like Harbor City, then walk to reach the Star of Avenue and you can see the symphony of lights at night just at the avenue of star. All these places can be reached by walking.
On the second day, it is suggested to go to the Ngong Ping 360, Big Buddha and then the Disneyland in the afternoon. So you can see the fireworks at night.
On the third day, it is suggested to go to the Ocean Park in the day time, the Peak and the Madam Tussauds at night.
Then you can have a nice sleep and leave HK on the fourth day.
But I am sorry that for the Fa Yuen, I am not very clear.
