About:Changbai Mountain

I plan to visit Changbai mountain end of January. How is the access in winter: always open or difficult/closed during/after strong snowfall?

Any recommended "bad weather program" in the region while waiting that it clears up? Is it possible to find places for train/bus to get from Beijing to Changbai and back around the Spring Festival and where to book?

It is accessible all the year round. That is to say, it won't close even there is strong snowfall. Don't worry! Just wear enough winter clothes and equipment.

By train, you can take a train to Shenyang first and then transfer to another train to Baihe. Then rent a car or take a taxi to the scenic area. The train booking can be reached through this website you are visiting. Send an email at bookingtravelchinaguide.com to consult or book directly.
