About:Beijing Capital Airport Express Train

How long does it take from Beijing Capital Airport to Gemdale Plaza,Chaoyang?

Will it be faster to take taxi or train/subway for Monday morning around 7AM? How is the traffic during that time?

It may be faster to take Express Train + subway and it takes 45min or a little longer . As it will be almost during rush hours, there may be traffic jam bu taxi or bus.
