About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am a S Pass holder working in singapore, holding on to republic of china passport.

Do i need a visa if i go to hongkong for holiday for 7days?

Unless you travel from Singapore to mainland China via Hong Kong. Otherwise, you have to apply for an entry permit from Chinese embassy.
