Whee can I board a sight seeing buss from in Shanghai? I'm at Tai Huan Riad Pudong New Area

I think you can board the bus at People's Square directly.
From where you are, you can walk to reach the East Sanlin Subway Station of subway line 11 to reach Oriental Sports Center Station where you can change to line 8 to reach People's Square directly.
Get out of the station, you can walk to reach SH Urban Planning Exhibition Center to take ths sightseeing bus.
