Can you please give me some information about the bailing river Ferris wheel in Weifang?

I will be travelling to that city in a few days and would like to ride the Bailing river Ferris wheel. I can't find very little information about it, just that it opened about 6 months ago and is an inverted ferris wheel. Do you know how much it is for a ride? When does it operate? How can I get there from siping road?
