I have a problem, i cant track mi package. mi tracking numer is: RB027407858CN.

I have a problem, i cant track mi package. mi tracking numer is: RB027407858CN. and with other product the tracking says: collection. do you know what that means?

Generally, collection means that your parcel was posted to the customs in certain place for check. However, I just tracked with this code and nothing appeared. Are you sure this is a correct tracking number?
