Question

I  and my daughter four years old are Cambodian Citizen.Currently ,in Shen Zhen then we'll  fly on 23 Oct.2013 to Malaysia for a month stay with my husband relatives and bring my daughter to kindergarten , we don't have one for Malaysia While we are staying in Malaysia, Singapore ,Shall we be able to apply and obtain a Chinese one and Hong Kong at PRC. Embassy in  Malaysia ,Singapore in stread, returning to Phnom Penh ,Cambodia to apply for them.And we have Chinese Company invitation letter ,temporary resident registation.Please kindly advice .Thank you very much .

Honestly, I can't fully understand your question. You can apply for the one for HK when you are in mainland China. But you don't have time now because it takes around one month to process your application and you will leave on Oct. 23. Also it's impossible for you to apply for another Chinese one when you are already in PRC. In addition, I am afraid that you may not apply for the Chinese one successfully when you are in Malaysia or Singapore since you don't have the residence permit there. However, you can apply for the one for HK when you are there if you like.

Dear Serena,Thank you very much for your reply.My both visa Hong Kong and China are completed stay which I obtain them in Cambodia.I with my daughter most of the time fly by Airasia flight ,have to transit Malaysia wait for a day.In this case.I may not apply sucessfully if I don't return to my country right ? Your reply is appreciated and helpful.

Yes, you are right. Actually, you can only apply in your home country or country of residence if you work or live there.
