About:Shenzhen Travel
Hi, I am a Singapore PR holding Thai passport. Am I guaranteed a VOA at Luo Hu MTR to Shen Zhen?

No, you are suggested to apply for a Chinese visa in advance from Chinese embassy. If you are now in Singapore, you can apply through CVASC there.
