what exit from central mtr should i take to catch bus number 15c?

What exit from Central mtr should I take to catch bus number 15C to reach the Peak Tram Lower Terminus in Garden Road? Is the busstop far from the mtr exit or near?I went once to the peak by walking through the Garden road and found it to be super long, tiring and time consuming.May I also know roughly how often is the frequency of the bus #15C (roughly how long one have to wait for the next one if you just miss one)? Thank you very much :)

You can get out of the station from Exit A and then walk for several minutes to reach the Star Ferry Pier 8 to find the bus line 15C. This bus line is a little bit far frm the exit. The interval of the bus is around 15 to 20 minutes for bus line 15C.
