What exit from Central mtr should I take to catch bus number 15C?

What exit from Central mtr should I take to catch bus number 15C to reach the Peak Tram Lower Terminus in Garden Road? Is the busstop far from the mtr exit or near?

I went once to the peak by walking through the Garden road and found it to be super long, tiring and time consuming.

May I also know roughly how often is the frequency of the bus #15C (roughly how long one have to wait for the next one if you just miss one)? Thank you very much :)
