prepaid roaming sim card

I have been recently offered a travelsim card, checked the webpage - it is said there that it works in more than 135 countries and helps you save on roaming charges, now they offer cheap calls from China as well (025 usd per minute). Everyone heard of it or maybe someone has any expirience of using it? Thanks in advance for an answer.
