You can go to the Telecom branch offices and ask the staff to activate the service. Here is another solution. Dial China Telecom hotline 10000 and activate international roaming service. However, I don't think it's a good idea to use it in Pakistan because it charges too much money. If I were you, I would buy a local sim card in Pakistan instead.
