Transit visa to Nepal

Hi, I am a Nepali citizen currently residing in Japan. I am travelling to Nepal this January through china. I have around 14 hrs of transit in kunming while going and 12hrs of transit in Shanghai while coming back. Do I need transit G and if so, Is multiple entry required although I will be back within a week?
