Question

We have just booked G79 train tickets from Beijing West to Guangzhou South. Please advise How do we obtain boarding passes?   Can we print off the internet?Regards.Serei TungBooking# T131012319

it seems you choose collect by yourself instead of deliver to your hotel when booking. after you successfully submit your order and make the payment online, the site will send you a comfirmation email when your ticket is issued, and the email also includes instruction on how to collect your ticket. you can not print off the ticket, but need to pick it up at railway station or ticket office before boarding with your passport.
