long distance bus from luohu, shenzhen to Shantou

Hi,

I will be in SZ on Nov.2nd and will land at 10.20 am. I want to go to Shantou. Is there a long distance non stop bus to Shantou? What is the schedule of the buses. I am accompanying two 70 year old ladies so I want to sure of the schedule and do not wish to miss the bus to Shantou on Nov 2nd. Can I take a taxi from SZ airport to Luohu station and will the taxi be able to deliver us directly to the bus station. I am quite nervous so please advice me as to the best way to travel to Shantou.

Actually, there are also direct buses to Shantou at Futian Bus Station, which is more closer from the airport than Luohu. Therefore, you can take a taxi to Futian Bus Station, where the direct buses are scheduled at 08:00, 09:00, 10:30, 11:30,13:30, 15:00, 16:50, and 17:35. It takes around 5.5h.

If you still wanna take a bus at Luohu, take a taxi to Luohu Bus Station directly, where the buses are in service from 07:20 to 21:40 every 20min and the bus duration is 4h.

For the buses, just buy the ticket and catch that on the spot. It is easy enough!
