About:China Postal Service

Can you confirm the package status?RB550521113CN

It shows "delivery to airport" on 13th of september, which is more than a month ago.
Usually there's "shipping" status shortly after that but not this time. Is it still in china?
I also made another purchase from the same merchant around the same time and it arrived over 2 weeks ago..
Do I have any hope of receiving it?

No update was made online since Sep 13, so it is hard to tell whether the parcel was in China or not.
According to my experience, no information was shown if the parcel was on the way and sometimes, the information online is not alway exact. So it is suggested to wait for a while patiently.
Hope you can get your parcel in the end.
