About:China Postal Service

Can Someone help me track an item shipped from China with the status NULL?

I ordered something on the 26th of September it was in China for ages and now its says
CAN CAN

and its in Sacramento in the USA and it should be delivered to London. Can someone help please? Tracking number is RB211032415CN. Do you think I will receive my item?

Firstly, CAN refers to Guangzhou Airport in China and your package is being posted to UK. That's right!

The item would be checked by the customs in Guangzhou. After that, it will be posted overseas. You will receive it sooner or later. Don't worry!
