About:Hangzhou Weather

Hi, we'll be in Hangzhou end Dec 2013, what's d weather like ? can we tour to ningbo & suzhou also ?

It will be cold then. The average temperature is around 1 to 5C during that time and sometimes, it will be below zero.
You can go to Ningbo and Suzhou.
