Help with organising a sightseeing trip on Hainan Island

I am currently staying in Sanya.Can you tell me if there is a tourist office where I can book a sightseeing tip preferably in English.

I am not very clear about the local tour agency and in my opinion, it is suggested to book a tour from TravelChinaGuide.com.
They can provide you good English tour guide and car for the whole journey.
