I want to make sure about the visa fee from Cambodia to china.

I'm living in USA. I see in your site visa fee is $20 for Cambodian but my friend said $185. I have check in your web site for Chinese embassy in Phnom Penh it show that there is only $20 for Cambodia who want to go to PRC. But last week one of my friend went to the embassy for her visa she told me she have to spend 185$. So please tell me what the right amount for Cambodian to go to PRC?
