About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Where can I apply for 回乡证 here in Singapore?

Hi I am a HK resident working in Singapore would like to apply for 回乡证.

Do you mean the Home Return Permit for HK residents to visit mainland China? If so, I am afraid that the embassy can't issue it to you. You should apply for it in HK. However, you can apply for the PRC Travel Document from the Chinese embassy in Singapore if you want to visit mainland China.
