S2 to temporary residence permit

Sorry, I am afraid that you can not change it to temporary resident permit (Q type) since your husband doesn't have the permanent residence permit here. Here are some other ways. You can try to extend it from the local entry and exit management department or just find a job here. If you find a job, you can apply for a Z type like your husband and then change it to a temporary residence permit.
