Can a Afghan national apply for Hongkong Visa from Chinese Embassy in india ?

A bank employee in Kabul is invited for training in Hongkong. Because Hongkong does not have an embassy in Kabul, can he apply from Hongkong embassy in India

He should apply from the Chinese embassy in Afghanistan. Chinese embassy in your country also deal with HK visas.

I'm afghan bussnes man i want to get hong kong vist permit. so i want to know hongkong immigration requarmint for it for afghan passport. Which documents must I prepare? So kindly let me abaut that prossise. Regards

You need to provide your valid passport, an application form, a recent taken photo, your hotel bookings, your round trip ticket, bank statement and your invitation letter for business to HK.
