About:Chinese Embassy in Australia

Can I just book one night hotel and get like a 2weeks visa first?

I'm an Australian and planning to travel to china. What documents do I need to prepare? And people saying I need to book the hotels before I can apply for it , but I'm not sure how long and where exactly I'm going to stay.

Hi, for tourist L application, round-trip ticket and hotel reservation are required. You can just book hotel for one night where you will stay after arrival.

Can i still apply for tourist L application even im going to PRC with a friend only? if so, what i need to do is just to book 1 night hotel and then apply for a month one? thanks

It doesn't matter whether you travel with. If you have the required documents, then you can apply for the L type and then go to PRC.

PS: if you plan t travel with your friend together, make sure that he apply for the visa too.
