About:China Family Reunion Visa

What is the overall period of validity for a Q-1 visa? Can one apply for 2 years or more?

Family visitation ones used to be valid for two years. Is that still the case under the new regulations?

Hi, according to the new regulations, the temporary residence permit based on Q1 type can be issued with the maximum of 5 years. You can apply for 2 years one or more but the PSB officers have the final say to it.
