About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

im going to marry in china.

I'm going to meet my family and friends'. my girlfriend also fly with me. we have plan to marry in china. I have to stay like 3 weeks. I have residence visa of UAE.
please inform me which kind of document I need to prefer. please inform me if I have to visit embassy with my passport.
