NULL PVG means my package went to the airport. If it's been 24 days since then, how do I track it?

My order was shipped 9/13/2013 and got the "NULL PVG" on 9/15/2013 at 8:18. Now nothing for 24 days. Most notes I've read suggested waiting 15 days. I'm now 9 days beyond that with no information. Please help.

The NULL PVG may means that the parcel was delivered to Shanghai airport, but it is hard to tell the exact information.
Would you mind tell me your tracking number, so that I can help you to track it again?

It was 2 packages, and they did finally arrive. Sound like you could solve a lot of problems and concerns if we could track packages past PVG. :-)
