Booking Tickets from Dalian to Beijing

Hello!! We are trying to book bullet train tickets from Dalian to Beijing for first class seats or a cabin. Our dates are somewhat flexible for travel between 24 October 2013- 1 November 2013, but we would like to travel between October 24 or 25 and return either the 25, 26, or 27 October to return to Dalian. We don't have any experience purchasing tickets in China and would greatly appreciate any sort of help or guidance. We are traveling in Japan for for work at the moment, and we will be leaving Japan going directly to China. We are US, South African, Canada, Czech, and French residents.
