About:China Embassy in Thailand

Visa application for a foreigner in Thailand

I'm a Russian citizen having residence permit in Thailand Phuket, having submitted aall necessary documents, can I send them over by post or should a visit the consulate in face ?

You can either submit your application in person or by someone else or a travel agency entrusted. As I know, post applications are not acceptable.
