About:Chinese Consulate in Sydney

What type of Visa should i apply?

I hold a New Zealand passport and currently living in Sydney Australia. I booked a trip for 8 days visiting Beijing, Xian and Shanghai with stopovers at Guangzhou. Would a single entry be enough?
