how much time train and bus take from guangzhou to shantou?which is more luxury

once i travel by bus it was very poor , can any one suggest me fast train or luxury bis or any taxi ?

There are three trains between the two places: T8375/T8378, T8357/T8360 and T8361/T8364. The train takes about seven hours. The train have soft sleeper, which environment may be better than the bus. The fare is around 137RMB per person.
