Questions about Yangtze River cruises in late December

I have several questions about the Yangtze river cruises in late December 2013 (Dec. 26 and after), please:

Why is the downstream sailing more expensive than upstream?

Do all ships have Internet access in the cabin? Bathrooms in-cabin? Floor-to-ceiling windows in cabin? Private balcony for each cabin?

How do the more expensive cabins differ from the less expensive ones?

We have 3 adults, but need 2 cabins. What does it cost to put a single person in a double cabin?

If you have one-person cabins, what are they like? As nice as the double cabins? What do they cost?

Do you expect the prices for the late-December sailings to go on sale?

Thank you very much for your help.

As I know, the cruise fare is not fixed and sometimes, the upstream fee is higher. Anyway, the downstream ship from Chongqing to Yichang is 4DAYS/3NIGHTS and the upstream for the back journey is 5 DAYS/4 NIGHTS.

The internet is not available at all cabins. If you wanna use internet, they have business center for your convenience.

Bathroom is available at each cabin. They have cabins with floor-to-ceiling windows. Don't worry! However, it seems that not all cabins have balconies, but you can also book the cabins with balcony.

There are single-rooms, which are expensive than double-rooms. You may refer to the link to know more:

Or if you intend to book that, it is suggeted to have that through TravelChinaGuide. Here is their email address: travelchinaguide.com|tours
I experienced President no. 7 by the way. This is all I know for your reference!
