The cheapest way should be airport shuttle bus. Take bus no. E11 to Admiralty Station, Queensway and then walk to your hotel within 200m. It takes around 70min and the bus fare is 21HKD per person.

I'm afraid there is no direct shuttle between HKIA and your hotel, but you can take Express Train to HK Station first, where transfer to free shuttle bus line H1 to your hotel directly. In this way, you have to spend 100HKD per person and the total travel time is 35-40min.
