There is no such kind of service. From SH South to Nanning, there are only three ordinary trains, T81, K537 and K181 and they take about 27 to 29 hours. The train ticket fare is CNY229 for a hard seat, CNY389-416 for a hard sleeper and CNY613-640 for a soft sleeper. The train journey will be suffering, so it is best to take a direct plane between and it takes only 2h and 45min to 3h.
