NULL for 2 weeks now

hi, my parcel has been NULL at PVG for 2 weeks now has anyone any idea what could be going on with it..will i still recieve it or should i just get my money back as it was bought through ebay..id rather have my parcel than ask for money back....RB489523280CN..thanks
