How to get to the friendship bridge from railway stasion ?

I would go to visit dandong between this week, and I have 2 days to spend there..
I've been notice several places that good to go like
1) the river side of yalu river
2) Dalu island
3) friendship bridge
4) great wall at hushan

so is there any suggestion for it ?
and Where I can get a good chuar restaurant ? I wanted the place is river side and good for having dinner
