About:

Is it true that one must have a China card to buy train tickets online.

We hold Philippines passports on tourist visas. Can i buy our tains tickets from Shanghai to Hangzhou in advance before we arrive at Pudong Airport?

Chinese people need to use their own ID card to buy one train ticket on one train.

Foreigners can buy the train ticket by using their passport. You can surely buy tickets for this journey in advance at certain train station or book online.
