About:Kunming Airport

If we have a 7 hours stop over in Changshui Airport,

can we leave the airport and do a city tour of Kunming City and come back to the airport 2 hours before departure?

If you want to leave the airport, you need a visa, otherwise, you cannot leave the airport.
