hi. i am an Iranian citizen an i am going to attend in 19 world congress in obstetric and gynecology which will be held in Macau 20-23 Feb 2014. my question is do i need to get one for Macau and Hong Kong as well as mainland china or i will get the visa upon arrival at the airport.best regard

You can get the entry permit when you come to Macau. For HK an Mainland China, you have to apply in advance.
