trip from shanghai to pu tuo shan and back to SH again

We will arrive to SH on morning flight from jakarta (around 7.30 am). What is the fastest way to go to pu tuo shan directly from SH. We heard about the fast ferry in the morning will be arrived in pu tuo shan in the afternoon. How do we get to the ferry terminal from pu dong airport? And when we come back from pu tuo shan, what is the fastest way to reach SH? We've tried the bus, but it takes too long (about 8 hours).
