Applying for business Visa to China

Hi, you should submit your in person. By courier or post will not be accepted.
Your original passport, application form completely and truthfully with one recent passport size color photograph, a photocopy of the front, back and validity page of passport are required. If you apply for the first time, following documents are required:
A. Original and photocopy of Invitation Letter issued by a Chinese company;
B. Guarantee Letter from authorized Afghan Travel Agencies.
C. Original and photocopy of business license.
D. Original and English-Edition of Residence Proof.
E. Bank Deposit Proof (Above 4000.00 US Dollars)
F. No Criminal Record Certified by Afghan Ministry of Foreign Affairs (The seal on English-Edition is not an mandatory requirement )
G. Round Trip Ticket (comply with the destination on invitation letter)

Thanks, That was good information, I need some more because this is my first time, I do not have the original invitation letter, the company sent me scan copy of invitation letter is this acceptable? Can I submit my cozen's business license? and if I do not have Visa Can I book a round trip ticket?
