About:China Visa Exemption

Over 15 day in china

I am a Japanese citizen for the 1 fist time I stay in china over 15
I'm i over sayed or not ?
If yes what do i have to do now ?
I have stayed for 30 day and I still have to stay one more 35 day again ?
Any can guide me please ?

Yes, you have already overstayed if you stay longer than 15 days. You should better exit mainland PRC asap and possibly you will be fined RMB 500 per extra day. If you need to visit again for 35 days, you should apply for a Chinese visa in advance according to your purpose of visit.
