About:Universities Enrolling Foreign Students

can you please send me information on any provisions for admission for HND graduates from nigeria into any of the universities in China?

Generally, your HND certificate is necessary. You have to be over 18 years old.
And you may have to provide the performance record during HND education and the copy of your passport. There are different provisions for different univesities. You'd better specify one and I can tell you the details.
