initial health check for getting invitation from school (new from summer 2013)

I intend to work in China as a physics teacher. My school advised me to sign the health certificate in Chinese Embassy, which allowed them to send an invitation letter for me to get Z visa. What is Health Certificate and what is the procedure for signing it? Thanks

Hi, that is to say, you should complete a health check first and then get the health check notarized at a Chinese embassy.
Make sure send the health check to local international notary public for notarisation first, and then to the Legalization office of the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) or an authorised department by FCO for legalizations before visiting Chinese embassy.
