qatari applicant for l visa

Question

Hi, I am a Qatari national applying for L, for toursim purpose. Need clarifications for the following: 1. Can the application form (V2013) be filled with handwritten? 2. Apart from air ticket resrvation slip and hotel booking, what else i should submit with the application form (is it needed to submit an invitation letter)?3. In the column  (2.8 Information of Inviter in China), can I put the hotel address? or what else I should do if i do not have an invitation letter? Thank you in advance

You are suggested to fill the form online then print it out. Invitation letter is not required if you can show your ticket and hotel bookings. If you do not have an inviter, you can just put N/A to the section 2.8.
