Qatari applicant for L visa

Hi, I am a Qatari national applying for L, for toursim purpose. Need clarifications for the following:
1. Can the application form (V2013) be filled with handwritten?
2. Apart from air ticket resrvation slip and hotel booking, what else i should submit with the application form (is it needed to submit an invitation letter)?
3. In the column (2.8 Information of Inviter in China), can I put the hotel address? or what else I should do if i do not have an invitation letter?
