I have booked my train tickets (Nanjing - Beijing - RETURN) But I was unable to pay online?

Hello, I have purchased 2 return tickets from Nanjing to Beijing and I have received my booking conformation and my tracking number but no receipt of payment. I am unsure now as to how I would go about paying online? Many Thanks
